Down 7 lbs

Getting there is harder than I thought. But it's worth it.
Everyday I get out and go to the gym.  My whole body is feeling alive, energized.  I can feel the toning.
Plus I need the break from home.  For three years I thought I could work out at home, but there's always someone wanting something and the work out fails to happen. The gym is my 'me time'. I can solve alot of issues I didn't think I had on the treadmill.
Every meal or snack is planned, and assessed as to nutrition, need, and calorie count.
When someone is offering pizza, wings, or drink, I look at it and say "I don't want to wreck my workout with this junk".
I did have a crazy week last week, with different events to attend.  Hamburgers, fries, fish & Chips, beer,
and not-so-diet drinks.  I worked out more. I actually lost 2 lbs.
Now the trick is to avoid that, and to work out and diet right because the pounds will sneak up from the events of last week.  If I stay the course, I can see myself down another pound.
